Canceling an Order

All orders can be canceled until they are dispatched. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order cannot be canceled.


We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged in transit. Just let us know and we will provide you with a return address and a replacement or refund if you prefer.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We will not issue a refund if:
● Your order does not arrive due to factors beyond your control (e.g. incorrect delivery address)

* You can request a refund within 15 days of the guaranteed
delivery date (45 days) has expired. You can do it by posting a
message on the Contact Us page.


We do not offer returns for a correctly delivered purchase / order. However, if the size and color is different from what you ordered, we will be happy to refund the purchase price or send you another one.
