We are happy to offer great value and service to our customers. For this reason we offer free shipping from our warehouses in Asia via e-Packet or EMS and in the USA via USPS.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We pride ourselves on offering international shipping services. However, there are some places we cannot deliver to. If you are from one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST / MISSING PACKAGES
Fit Co Shop is not responsible if the wrong address is given during the ordering process. Please make sure your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we make a mistake, we take full responsibility for the original order which was placed for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom duty once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and customs duties may apply when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, but sometimes tracking is not available due to free shipping.

MY SHIPMENT TRACKS SAYS "NO INFORMATION CURRENTLY AVAILABLE".
Some shipping companies take 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still don't have your tracking number information, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS SHIP IN A PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
